Not at all. While my practice is rooted in a Catholic understanding of the human person, I welcome individuals from all backgrounds who feel my approach would be a good fit.

I am a private-pay practice and do not participate with insurance plans.

Depending on your insurance plan, you may be eligible for reimbursement through out-of-network benefits. I can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance company. I recommend contacting your insurance provider directly to verify your coverage.

Couples counseling is a therapeutic service focused on addressing emotional, relational, or mental health concerns that are causing distress within the relationship. Counseling is more individualized and may involve deeper healing, processing, and treatment.
